Price of cake is determined by the size, how many tiers, complexity, delicate details, ingredients, materials & supplies needed, as well as other designs of the cake. (examples: handmade flowers, figures, etc.).
All cakes/desserts are custom made to order and should be ordered weeks or months in advance.

BOOKING AN ORDER
Once we have reviewed your quote details, we will contact you with a price. If you then wish to book and secure your order, a 50% deposit is required (booking a cake 2 weeks prior to event does requires full payment), as well as a review and confirmation of order and a signed order agreement form or wedding contract. No exceptions. We will not book or hold any date or order unless we have a signed contract & deposit/payment. Please note that we have only so many spots per day for orders, therefore your date may no longer be available once you wish to book as it may have been secured by another customer.
FINAL PAYMENT
WEDDING CAKES - Remaining 50% of amount is due between Monday & Friday - 3 weeks prior to your wedding date. If payment is not received within time frame without any notice, order will not be made and deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance.
ALL OTHER ORDERS - Custom ordered - speciality occasion cakes, cookies, cupcakes, diaper cakes, etc., that are being delivered, remaining 50% of amount is due between Monday & Friday - 2 weeks in prior to event date. If payment is not received within time frame without any notice, order will not be made and deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance. Orders that are being picked up, have the option of paying remaining 50% of amount on pick up date upon arrival to the shop. **Please note: We only deliver on Saturday.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Wedding cake cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your wedding date. Deposit amount at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-redeemable. If final payment has been made a refund of 25% of final payment will be refunded only. Any cancellation made after the 60 day limit will not receive a refund of their deposit and/or final payment.
All other orders for special occasion cakes, cookies, cupcakes, diaper cakes, etc., cancellations must be made 14 days prior to delivery or pick up date. Deposit amount at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-redeemable. If final payment has been made a refund of 25% of final payment will be refunded only. Any cancellation made after the 14 day limit will not receive a refund of their deposit and/or final payment.

REFUNDS
All purchases are final sale. No refunds. Once a cake/order leaves our shop we are not responsible for damage of the cake/order, and other circumstances that may cause damage to your cake/order. Please read on below for more information.
DELIVERY & SETUP
Delivery & setup is $25.00 + HST in the city of London.
Outside of London, charges will be calculated and charged accordingly.
If we have to wait for any reason after the agreed delivery time (such as locked building, tables not set up, designee not on time) you will be billed at $50 per hour. Also please note that we are a busy bakery and your cake is possibly not the only cake we have to delivery on that day, so we will not be late for any other scheduled deliveries that day. If we must leave without setting up your cake, your cake will be delivered at the next earliest opportunity and in which might mean that your cake may not be set up in time for your event at no fault to us, and without a refund to you.
OUTDOOR, INDOOR AND DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Bella Bella nice is not responsible for the condition of products following set-up at an outdoor or indoor venue/event. Due to effects of outdoor weather conditions, table on un-level ground, wind blowing, heat, humidity and all other undesirable atmospheric items (ie; dirt, leaves, branches, sunlight) insects and other wildlife also, effects of indoor events which may not have air conditioning causing cake to sweat or melt. Products such as icing, frosting, filling, fondant, cake decorations etc. may not hold up, sweat and cannot be insured past satisfactory delivery and set-up. We take pictures once we set up a cake for our records that cake was delivered in one piece. It is not our responsibility once we leave the venue if something happens to your order (venue staff moves orders, staff bumps into table, etc)
UNAVOIDABLE OCCURANCE
In the case of an unavoidable occurrence on our part, such as a car accident, hospitalization, health issues, sickness, death in the family, poor road conditions, Bella Bella Nice CANNOT be held liable for more than the price of ordered quoted, signed and agreed upon in the contract.
COLORING
blue, purple, black & red or any shade of these colors cannot and will not be guaranteed. Once a order leaves our shop in perfect condition, it is not our responsibility. These colors are very unstable and could possibly fade or bleed into surrounding colour of frosting, cake or fondant. Heat or a heat source, moisture or a cake being left out too long and not being refrigerated, can cause these colours to be unstable, bleed, and blend with surrounding colours, frosting, cake, or fondant. We recommend you refrigerate your order as soon as possible when dealing with these colours.
CAKE TASTING
We do not offer cake tasting at this time, because every cake is freshly baked to order and we seldom have any extra cakes to offer as samples. Please read what our clients have to say about their orders on our Testimonial page. You may purchase cupcakes or sweets at our store to sample our quailty of work.
SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT
We no longer rent out supplies, equipment or faux cakes.
FLOWERS
If you choose to use fresh flowers to decorate your wedding cake/custom cake or cake table that will be supplied by your florist, and have a specific layout you would like, then a sketch of exact placement needs to be supplied to me one week before wedding date. Flowers for cake must be delivered to me by 9am or be left at the hall on cake table by setup time on wedding date. The responsibility of the flowers safety, quality, freshness, color and safe food practice will rest with the florist and NOT WITH Bella Bella Nice. Bella Bella Nice has the right to refuse to add flowers to your cake, as some flowers are harmful and secret poisonous sap. If any other party, besides Bella Bella Nice decides to add flowers onto cake or around base of cake, including adding flowers Bella Bella Nice refused to add due to being harmful or adjust flowers already on cake, we are not responsible for damages that occur to your wedding cake or guests.
CAKE ORNAMENT/TOPPERS
Cake Ornament/Toppers must be brought to Bella Bella Nice, no later than 14 days prior to wedding date. Topping a cake with ornaments/toppers that are too heavy can cause damage to your cake and ornament/topper – If you insist on using your ornament/topper you supplied after Bella Bella Nice suggested not using it because of weight, damages that occur to your wedding cake/ornament/topper are not responsibility of Bella Bella nice. If any party, other than Bella Bella Nice, adds ornament/topper to your wedding cake, we are not responsible for damages that occur to your wedding cake and/or ornament/topper.
PICKING UP YOUR CAKE/ORDER
If you choose to pick up your order you should make sure that you have a clean, flat surface to set cake on while driving. Vans, sport utility and any vehicle that the back seat folds in so the air conditioning can make it to the trunk are the best for traveling. If you are in a car, the floor is generally safer than the seat. Most of our cakes are either too large or irregularly shaped to fit in a cake box so you need to take special care to protect them. Please arrange to have your cake dropped off first and be refrigerated prior to anything else. We recommend cakes/cupcakes/sweets be refrigerated before your event and not left out for hours. Once you leave with the cake/dessert it is no longer the responsibility of Bella Bella Nice.
